This is not an investment program, MLM, business opportunity, or any other type of income generating system.
Affiliates
Rewards are available for referring other members to our service. This is not required to use our advertising services. The affiliate program is free to participate in and no purchases are required.
Liability
GlobalHits2U is a service that provides and sells internet advertising. GlobalHits2U is not responsible or affiliated with any marketing offers made by any 3rd party advertisers. You may not use GlobalHits2U to advertise pyramid or ponzi schemes, matrix programs, other "get rich quick" schemes or certain multi-level marketing programs.
Members and visitors may be presented with advertisements from GlobalHits2U.com that do provide monetary compensation.
Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of GlobalHits2U. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold GlobalHits2U liable for any actions resulting from policies on this site.
Refunds
Refunds for unused credit purchases or membership upgrade purchases will be granted if requested in a 30 day period.
Refunds will not be granted for ad credits that have already been used, or for upgraded membership purchases in which bonus credits have been used or a credit mailing has been redeemed since the date of upgrade purchase.
SPAM
GlobalHits2U has a zero tolerance for spam.
You agree to not use GlobalHits2U in any manner that would be classified as spam - this includes any affiliate advertising for GlobalHits2U, as well as purchased advertising, or free advertising submitted via the members area.
The following are grounds for termination of your account:
To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list.
To falsify user information provided to GlobalHits2U or to other users of the service in connection with GlobalHits2U, or any of it's other sites.
To use the GlobalHits2U name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists.
GlobalHits2U considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by GlobalHits2U terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.
Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit GlobalHits2U actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.
GlobalHits2U reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.
In addition, GlobalHits2U reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.
We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
By purchasing any advertising from GlobalHits2U or by becoming a member of GlobalHits2U, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
